Right but with a formidable pve skills... Asuran Scan +/or I'm the strongest +/or EbSh and fast attack almost of mobs die quickly.
In any case Single-target armor-affected damage is better than degen and interrupt.
What's the point of interrupt fastest recharge and cast skill of mob in hm?

You're sarcastic but right.
The problem is if the degen and interrupt works in pve SAME as against human player in pvp no one say a word on this skill update.
As stated above: what's the point on using debilitating shot on a mob that have near infinite energy?

At the end i still continue play ranger as may favorite char i only expose my thinks right or wrong but only my think.

I tell you what. Waiting for this update is like that scene from Inglorious Bastards where the German soldier is waiting for the American guy to come out the dark tunnel with his baseball bat to get pummeled into oblivion, lol.
